It sounded so boring to the people who lives in KL (or England) because they can get good food easily. I'm bored, so bored that you can't imagine. I called my mom yesterday, and it was 2 am Malaysian time. I called her just to tell her this, "Ma,you remember the nasi lemak that we always buy for breakfast? with all the squid, and the chicken and the cockles and everything? I really really have the stomach for that right now..And also the restaurant stadium merdeka..I miss those steamboats and the crabs.."
When I think about it again, I sounded so weird. I think the homesick thing is getting chronic. Somebody help me!! Even though I can cook nasi lemak here, the chinese shop here don't sell the dried squid!! What am I to do with the Sambal Squid? And what about the chinese seafood? The chinese food here suck. Nothing beat the chinese restaurant in Malaysia. Or Singapore..hehe.
So anyways, I got another private sale invitation for 2 person. I think I'm gonna check it out.. God help me.. Please find another good creative director for my boss, cuz I'm dying for Malaysian food..

Me? I want to go back home!!!
So I'm sure some of you guys were wondering about my `life' last week. Well, to be honest I was homesick. Still homesick actually. I thought I had enough of Paris, but it turns out that my boss won't let me go back, instead she told me that she wants to raise up my salary as much as I want, and I have to give my answer tomorrow.. dayymn son.. I really don't mind about that, it's just that my boss really need someone who can do almost anything. If I continue working with J as her assistant designer, I get to travel with her around the world.. But I'm really homesick.. She told me she don't want a replacement, I'm CONFUSED! HELP!!!!

Let's jam
I'm having a long weekend, yay! I didn't have to work yesterday, since I was up all night before yesterday. Me and Redza went to the Elysees Montmartre to watch the Cirkus band. Eddie managed to threw in our names into the Cirkus band guests list, or other wise we had to spend so much for the tickets. It was awsome.

In the mood for Love
Since I'm not working today, I think I'm gonna try to be more relax..though it's only a day off work. I'm currently in the mood for sentimental stuff. sheeshh. I had a meeting with Aya the other day. She's the Japanese girl who does all the knitting stuff for a lot of companies including Yves Saint Laurent. I met her after we both got out of our work place. We had dinner at this one American diner near Marais. Yeah exactly, can you believe it? They have all the American yummy pancakes, bagels, burgers and everything you can imagine. Oh yea, it is Spring time! Aya told me that I should go to this one huge park,to see cherry blossom tree! Japanese love cherry blossom tree, they're crazy about it. Well of course, it's really beautiful! I was thinking of going there for a picnic with the gang.

Ordinary Girls
People always say that I'm unique, but I always think that all girls should try to be themselves, rather than just follow the stereo type people. I think everybody should come out from thier shells and be more interesting. Because I know the fact that girls can do boys's hobby if they really want to. And to me, it is more interesting and challenging.
Girls, I'm so sorry for you if you don't get any of it, but don't worry,it is normal to not to understand this thingy. (Except for the special breed girls) But for your info, I grew up with gadgets, like Nintendo, Sega, Gameboy, PlayStation etc... I had a lot of Barbies too, but I find that gadgets have more fun than dolls :) I am very grateful that I am blessed with wonderful parents that can provide me the things that I want. When I was a child, I clearly remember at that time, video games pirated stuff doesn't exist yet. It is easier for the girls to play Barbie dolls, because Barbies are much more cheaper than gadgets. I still can remember the look on those unfortunate boys eyes, when me and my parents walk into the Nintendo store. Compare to soft toys and all, gadgets worth more than thousand bucks. That is why when I was a teenager, I always invite my closest friends(which are boys) to come and play the video games with me after school, since some of them can't afford to buy em'. Hey,what can I say? I do love wearing designer's, but I am so not that typical girls who's into fairy tales(that is what we call bimbo) Please...I have huge ambition. Trust me girls, you don't need a rich guy to be filthy rich. Don't be stupid.
Anyways, I just can't wait to buy the latest R.E! I used to love watching my eldest bro playing Resident Evil Series, from R.E 1 till 4. I mean, I just love to see the the splashes of blood and brain that comes out from the zombies head when the bullets of the shotgun hits em'.. and Leon Scott Kennedy is always gonna be my favorite R.E guy.

Friday the 13th
Some people say that Friday the 13th is a very bad date, bad luck, bad everything. Well, it is very different here in France. The french seems to think that its a good date for them to play Loto. It's funny. But it's true. My sis never club here, so we decided to club last Friday. Despite the 'myth' of Friday the 13th, surprisingly the night went on smoothly, and we were actually lucky because we didn't have to pay the cover charge. Isn't it awsome?
Yummy Salmon and Shrimp Salad
By the way, my sis left this morning..I'm so sad..sobs. We drove her to the airport. It was kind of hard to believe that she just left. It's time to back to normal now. I hope that she can come over again next time, since she will be busy with her studies. We did last minute shopping yesterday and I'm glad that I bought her that Longchamp bag :)

Sunny Wednesday
I am no doubt drained by the outdoor energy, but nonetheless, the 3 of us had our fun together. We went out at 9am, thinking that Redza could go to his Uni, while me and my sis can go out shopping. It was surprisingly sunny today, I was really looking forward to walk around Paris since I haven't had the time at all before. Thank god that I'm not working for a week.
RER
I was thinking of bringing my sis to Redza's Uni, just to show her how cool the area is, so we all decided to go to the same direction. As soon as Redza on his way to class, both me and my sis went off to the nearest Starbucks for breakfast. While I was ordering our breakfast, Redza called, saying that his University is on strike, so nobody is allowed to enter the building. How funny. They blocked every building including the library with chains, chairs and tables. Well, it is so normal in France though. C'est toujours comme ca.
Anyways, the day went smoothly. We went shopping the whole day. Tireless. Except for my sis, she was having a bad hair day. For more of that info, please do visit her complicated blog, Nadine.

La Premiere Classe

La Premiere Class is officially over! Finally I get to rest for a week, and my sister is here!!! I can wait to shop while she's still here, I'm so excited!! Anyway, I've met several interesting people in the Premiere Classe. I saw Farah Khan! She was having her products showing at the Tranoi Show in Champs-Elysees. She gave me her invitation card, and the place was superb! But I can't believe that her assistant was telling us about the venue of the place and actually asked us if we know Avenue Montaigne.. What an idiot. Anyways, There were full of designers clothes from around the world! Too bad I can't really take a picture inside the place, but the clothes are super cool. I love em all!
The both of us later went to the Opening party of Premiere Class. We got to know several people there, it was fun. Not to mention that I ordered some bags from the Italian people. The shoes are fantastic too!
My sister arrived on the second day of the Premiere Class, but we of course, managed to pick her up from the airport. Her flight got delayed an hour late. Sigh.. Anyways, Just right after we all got home, we went of to Champs-Elysees. I bumped into Sharon! I told her to say hi to my old friend Desio. Just in case if you guys wondering who Desio and Sharon is, I did mention in my old posts. Anyways, we all supposed to go to the Premiere Class Closing Party, but I've burned the invitation eventually, due to my sis's jet lag. Sigh..

Je t'aime Collette!
I had a very long weekend last week because I didn't have to go to work on Thursday and Friday. I was so happy that I had the time to rest and to do house chores. Redza in the other hand, was having classes during those days. I was so glad that I got the time to cook for him in the morning, because usually we don't have the time to make a proper breakfast.
It has been a long time since my last visit to Collette. Last Saturday, I went there with Redza because I wanted to see the brand new stuff they have last week. They keep changing their stuff from time to time. In case if you guys aren't familiar with Collette, it is a concept-sort shopping gallery. Most of the stuff inside are limited edition, customized goods such as shoes, clothes, watches, phones like Vertu and all sorts of things that you might never heard of. I just love the gallery. If you're lucky, you might bump into Hollywood stars shopping in Collette.
